Nothing says Chicago freestyle than Legacy. This dynamic duo was a promising group back in the early nineties and took chicago by storm. With several hits under their belt, it solidified them as a freestyle favorite. Unfortunately issues with the law forced the group to put aside their musical career for a good bit of years. But now that both members have moved on, they are coming back.
